Amendments; Waivers; Modifications, etc. This Agreement and the provisions hereof may not be amended, waived, modified, changed, discharged or terminated except as set forth in Article 9 of the Indenture; provided that neither (i) the delivery of any Joinder Agreement nor (ii) any update or revision to Schedule 2(c) hereof delivered by any Obligor shall constitute an amendment for purposes of this Section 11 or Section 9.02 of the Indenture.
