Common use of Amendments, Waivers, Etc Clause in Contracts

No amendment, modification, waiver, discharge or termination of, or consent to any departure by the Guarantor from, any provision of this Guaranty, shall be effective unless in a writing signed by the Administrative Agent and such of the Lenders as may be required under the provisions of the Credit Agreement to concur in the action then being taken, and then the same shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.
