Amendments to Listing. Customer may amend the Listing, provided, however, that if Customer amends the Listing more than twice during the Term, Customer shall pay the amendment fee set forth on Exhibit B. Any such amendment must be delivered in writing to NHPA. An amendment shall only be applicable to the same buyer; the Listing cannot be amended to list an alternate buyer.
