Common use of Amendments, Supplements and Appraisal Clause in Contracts

Amendments, Supplements and Appraisal. The Lessee agrees to pay all reasonable and documented out-of-pocket costs and expenses of the Lessor and the Lender in connection with the successful amendment or supplementing of the Operative Documents and the documents and instruments referred to therein (including, without limitation, the fees and disbursements of counsel for the Lessor and the Lender).
