The Issuer, any Guarantor (with respect to any amendment relating to its Guarantee or this Indenture) and the Trustee, at any time and from time to time, may by a supplemental indenture hereto amend or supplement this Indenture, the Notes and any Guarantee without the consent of any Holder, for any of the following purposes:
