Amendments, Modifications and Supplements. Any matters excluded in this Agreement shall be negotiated by the Parties. Any amendment and supplement to this Agreement and its exhibits shall be made by the Parties in writing. The amendment and supplement duly executed by each Party with respect to this Agreement and its exhibits are part of this Agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
