Amendments in Writing; Amendments to Schedules. None of the terms or provisions of this Agreement may be waived, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified except in accordance with Section 10.01 of the Credit Agreement. Each of the Schedules hereto may be amended or supplemented by any Grantor at any time by providing written notice of such amendment or supplement to the Administrative Agent, and in such case such schedule shall be deemed to be amended and supplemented as of the date of such written notice.
