Common use of Amendments; Execution in Counterparts Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Execution in Counterparts. This Amendment, or any of the terms hereof, may not be amended, supplemented or modified, nor may any provision hereof be waived, except pursuant to a writing signed by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts (and by different parties hereto on different counterparts), each of which shall constitute an original, but all of which when taken together shall constitute a single contract. Section 9.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby incorporated by reference, mutatis mutandis.
