Common use of Amendments; Execution in Counterparts; Severability Clause in Contracts

Amendments; Execution in Counterparts; Severability. (a) This Tenth Amendment may not be amended nor may any provision hereof be waived except in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.13, Section 2.23 and Section 9.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement; and (b) To the extent any provision of this Tenth Amendment is prohibited by or invalid under the applicable law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity and only in such jurisdiction, without prohibiting or invalidating such provision in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions of this Tenth Amendment in any jurisdiction.

(a) This Tenth Eighth Amendment may not be amended nor may any provision hereof be waived except in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.13, Section 2.23 and Section 9.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement; and (b) To the extent any provision of this Tenth Eighth Amendment is prohibited by or invalid under the applicable law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity and only in such jurisdiction, without prohibiting or invalidating such provision in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions of this Tenth Eighth Amendment in any jurisdiction.

(a) This Tenth Seventh Amendment may not be amended nor may any provision hereof be waived except pursuant to a writing signed by the Borrower, the Lenders under the Credit Agreement constituting at least the Required Lenders and the Administrative Agent, in accordance with each case to the provisions of Section 1.13, Section 2.23 and Section 9.02 of extent required by the Amended Credit Agreement; and (b) To the extent any provision of this Tenth Seventh Amendment is prohibited by or invalid under the applicable law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity and only in such jurisdiction, without prohibiting or invalidating such provision in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions of this Tenth Seventh Amendment in any jurisdiction.

(a) This Tenth Thirteenth Amendment may not be amended nor may any provision hereof be waived except in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.13, Section 2.23 and Section 9.02 of the Amended Credit Agreement; and (b) To the extent any provision of this Tenth Thirteenth Amendment is prohibited by or invalid under the applicable law of any jurisdiction, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity and only in such jurisdiction, without prohibiting or invalidating such provision in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions of this Tenth Thirteenth Amendment in any jurisdiction.
