Common use of Amendments and Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Conflicts. The terms of the appendices, exhibits, schedules and other attachments to this Agreement may be amended from time to time upon the written consent of an authorized representative of both SP and DAS. In cases where there is of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of an appendix, exhibit, schedule or other attachment, the terms of this Agreement will control.
