Amendment, Waiver and Terminations of Certain Agreements. Directly or indirectly, consent to, approve, authorize or otherwise suffer or permit any amendment, change, cancellation, termination or waiver in any respect of the terms of any organizational document of any Loan Party, Subsidiary thereof or any Affiliated Investor (other than a waiver by the Parent Borrower of the ownership limitations in and pursuant to its organizational documents), in each case other than amendments and modifications that, taken as a whole, are not materially adverse to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders.
