Common use of AMENDMENT TO Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENT TO. ARTICLE 1. Effective as of the date hereof, each reference to the date "April 30, 1998" contained in the definition of the term "TERMINATION DATE" is hereby amended to read "October 30, 1998".
