Amendment to the Loan Agreement Section 3.1 of the Loan Agreement shall be amended and restated as follows:
Amendment to the Purchase Agreement The Company, the Issuer and the Purchaser hereby agree to amend the Purchase Agreement from and after the Effective Date as follows notwithstanding any contrary provision therein:
Amendment to the Indenture Section 1.01. Each New Guarantor shall hereby become a Subsidiary Guarantor under the Indenture effective as of the date hereof, and as such shall be entitled to all the benefits and be subject to all the obligations, of a Subsidiary Guarantor thereunder. Amendment of Notes Subject to Section 3 hereof, any of the terms or provisions present in the Notes that relate to any of the provisions of the Indenture as amended by this Supplemental Indenture shall also be amended, mutatis mutandis, so as to be consistent with the amendments made by this Supplemental Indenture.
