Common use of Amendment to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection. 1. Subsection 6.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (b) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000" and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (c) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000".

Amendment to Subsection. 111.3. Subsection 6.1 11. 3 of the Credit ---------------------------- Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,00075,000,000" where it appears in clause (bi) thereof and substituting therefor in lieu thereof the amount "$300,000,000" and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (c) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,00050,000,000".

Amendment to Subsection. 18.2. Subsection 6.1 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" 7,500,000 contained in clause (bsubsection 8.2(b) and inserting in lieu thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000" 2,500,000 and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" text of each of subsections 8.20(f) and 8.2(g) in clause (c) its entirety and in each case inserting in lieu thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000"[Reserved].

Amendment to Subsection. 17.2. Subsection 6.1 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,00025,000,000" in clause paragraph (bc) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,00050,000,000" and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,00039,000,000" in clause paragraph (ck) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000100,000,000".

Amendment to Subsection. 18.2. Subsection 6.1 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" 7,500,000 contained in clause (bsubsection 8.2(b) and inserting in lieu thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000" 2,500,000 and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" text of each of subsections 8.2(f) and 8.2(g) in clause (c) its entirety and in each case inserting in lieu thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000"[Reserved].

Amendment to Subsection. 14.3 of the Credit Agreement. Subsection 6.1 --------------------------------------------------- 4.3(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount "$250,000,000C$6,112,500" in clause (b) thereof wherever such amount appears therein and substituting therefor in lieu thereof the amount "$300,000,000" and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (c) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,000C$8,625,000".

Amendment to Subsection. 12.4(a) of the Credit Agreement. Subsection 6.1 2.4(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the amount number "$250,000,00010,000,000" in clause (b) thereof therein and substituting therefor in lieu thereof the amount number "$300,000,000" and (b) deleting the amount "$250,000,000" in clause (c) thereof and substituting therefor the amount "$300,000,0001,000,000".
