Common use of Amendment to Subsection 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Subsection 7. 7. Subsection 7.7 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (f) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (g) thereof and substituting a semi-colon and (c) adding thereto the following new paragraphs (h) and (i):

Amendment to Subsection 7. 71. Subsection 7.7 7.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (f) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (g) thereof and substituting a semi-colon and (ii) deleting paragraph (c) adding thereto the following new paragraphs (h) and (i):of such subsection in its entirety.

Amendment to Subsection 7. 72. Subsection 7.7 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (fl) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of relettering paragraph (gm) thereof and substituting a semi-colon as paragraph (n) and (c) adding thereto inserting the following new paragraphs paragraph (h) and (im):

Subsection 7.7 7.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (fa) thereof, (b) deleting by adding the period word "and" at the end of paragraph (gb) thereof and substituting a semi-colon and (c) by adding thereto the following a new paragraphs paragraph after paragraph (hb) and (i):to read in its entirety as follows:
