Common use of Amendment to Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section. 8.5. Section 8.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (i), by deleting the period at the end of paragraph (j) and substituting "; and" in lieu thereof and by adding the following new paragraph (k):

Amendment to Section. 8.57.04. Section 8.5 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph clause (i)q) thereof, by deleting (b) replacing the period at the end of paragraph clause (jr) and substituting thereof with "; and" in lieu thereof and by adding (c) inserting at the following new paragraph (k):end of such Section:

Amendment to Section. 8.511.1. Section 8.5 11.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" after the semicolon at the end of paragraph subsection (im), by deleting ; (ii) inserting the period word "and" after the semicolon at the end of paragraph subsection (jn); and (iii) and substituting "; and" in lieu thereof and by adding inserting the following as a new paragraph subsection (ko):

Amendment to Section. 8.59.1. Section 8.5 SECTION 9.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph after CLAUSE (ih), by deleting replacing the period at the end of paragraph the CLAUSE (ji) and substituting with a semicolon, adding the word "; and" after CLAUSE (i), and adding a clause at the end thereof to read in lieu thereof and by adding the following new paragraph (k):its entirety as follows:

Section 8.5 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "“and" ” at the end of paragraph clause (i)f) thereof, by deleting (ii) adding the period word “and” at the end of paragraph clause (jg) and substituting "; and" in lieu thereof and by (iii) adding the following new paragraph clause (k):h) after clause (g) thereof:

Section 8.5 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph clause (i)) thereof, by deleting replacing the period at the end of paragraph clause (j) thereof with ";"and substituting "; and" in lieu thereof and by adding inserting at the following new paragraph (k):end of such Section:

Amendment to Section. 8.5. 10.1 of the Credit Agreement (Financial ------------------------------------------------------------ Statements). Section 8.5 10.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) ---------- deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (i)b) thereof, by deleting the period (b) adding at the end of paragraph (jc) and substituting immediately after the semicolon therein "; and" in lieu and (c) adding immediately after paragraph (c) thereof and by adding the following new paragraph (kd):

Section 8.5 8.03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph clause (i)iii) thereof, by deleting substituting "; and" in place of the period at the end of paragraph clause (jiv) and substituting "; and" in lieu thereof and by adding the following new paragraph clause (kv):

Section 8.5 8.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (i)q) thereof, by (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (jr) and substituting "; and" in lieu thereof and (c) by adding the following a new paragraph (k):s) at the end thereof to read in its entirety as follows:
