Common use of Amendment to Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section. 9.9. Section 9.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the “and” at the end of Section 9.9(c), deleting the period at the end of Section 9.9(d) and replacing it with “; and” and adding the following new Section 9.9(e):

Amendment to Section. 9.9. Section 9.9 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of Section 9.9(c)clause (f) thereof, deleting (ii) adding the period word “and” at the end of Section 9.9(dclause (g) thereof and replacing it with “; and” and (iii) adding the following new Section 9.9(e):clause (h) after clause (g) thereof:

Amendment to Section. 9.98.5. Section 9.9 8.5 of the Credit and ------------------------ Guarantee Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the “word "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)the paragraph (i) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of Section 9.9(dparagraph (j) and replacing it with “substituting in lieu thereof the following: "; and” " and (c) adding thereto the following new Section 9.9(eparagraph (k):

Amendment to Section. 9.911.1. Section 9.9 11.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the “word "and” " after the semicolon at the end of Section 9.9(csubsection (m), deleting ; (ii) inserting the period word "and" after the semicolon at the end of Section 9.9(dsubsection (n); and (iii) and replacing it with “; and” and adding inserting the following as a new Section 9.9(esubsection (o):

Section 9.9 8.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the “word "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)paragraph (q) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of Section 9.9(dparagraph (r) thereof and replacing it with “; and” and (c) by adding a new paragraph (s) at the following new Section 9.9(e):end thereof to read in its entirety as follows:

Section 9.9 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the “word "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)paragraph (j) thereof, deleting (b) inserting the period at word "and" and the end of Section 9.9(dparagraph (k) thereof and replacing it with “; and” and (c) adding the following new Section 9.9(eparagraph (l) immediately after paragraph (k):

Amendment to Section. 9.98.5. Section 9.9 8.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the “word "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(cparagraph (i), by deleting the period at the end of Section 9.9(dparagraph (j) and replacing it with “substituting "; and” " in lieu thereof and by adding the following new Section 9.9(eparagraph (k):

Amendment to Section. 9.98.2 of the Credit Agreement (Negative Covenants). Section 9.9 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by amending paragraph (f) thereof by (1) deleting the “"and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)clause (y) subclause (b) thereof and substituting in lieu thereof a comma, (2) deleting the period at the end of Section 9.9(dsubclause (c) thereof and replacing it with “; substituting in lieu thereof ", and” " and (3) adding at the following end thereof immediately after subclause (c) a new Section 9.9(e):subclause as follows:

Amendment to Section. 9.9. 10.1 of the Credit Agreement (Financial ------------------------------------------------------------ Statements). Section 9.9 10.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) ---------- deleting the “"and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)paragraph (b) thereof, deleting the period (b) adding at the end of Section 9.9(dparagraph (c) immediately after the semicolon therein "and" and replacing it with “; and” and (c) adding immediately after paragraph (c) thereof the following new Section 9.9(eparagraph (d):

Amendment to Section. 9.96.05. Section 9.9 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) by deleting the “text "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c), deleting the period at the end paragraph (f) of Section 9.9(d6.05 of the Credit Agreement. (b) and replacing it with “; and” and by adding the following new paragraphs (h) and (i) following paragraph (g) of Section 9.9(e):6.05 of the Credit Agreement:

Amendment to Section. 9.98.03. Section 9.9 8.03 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the “word "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)clause (iii) thereof, deleting substituting "; and" in place of the period at the end of Section 9.9(dclause (iv) and replacing it with “; and” thereof and adding the following new Section 9.9(eclause (v):

Section 9.9 SECTION 9.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the “word "and” at the end of Section 9.9(c" after CLAUSE (h), deleting replacing the period at the end of Section 9.9(dthe CLAUSE (i) and replacing it with “; a semicolon, adding the word "and” " after CLAUSE (i), and adding a clause at the following new Section 9.9(e):end thereof to read in its entirety as follows:

Section 9.9 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the “word "and” " at the end of Section 9.9(c)clause (q) thereof, deleting (b) replacing the period at the end of Section 9.9(dclause (r) and replacing it thereof with “"; and” " and adding (c) inserting at the following new Section 9.9(e):end of such Section:
