Common use of Amendment to Section Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section. 7.06. Section 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (i) thereof, replacing the period at the end of clause (j) thereof with ";"and inserting at the end of such Section:

Amendment to Section. 7.068.5. Section 7.06 8.5 of the Credit and ------------------------ Guarantee Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause the paragraph (i) thereof, replacing (b) deleting the period at the end of clause paragraph (j) and substituting in lieu thereof with the following: ";"; and" and inserting at (c) adding thereto the end of such Section:following new paragraph (k):

Amendment to Section. 7.069.5 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the date hereof, Section 7.06 9.5 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the last word of clause (i), "and", by adding the word "and" at the end of clause (i) thereofj), replacing and adding the period at the end of following new clause (jk) thereof with ";"and inserting at the end of such Sectionas follows:

Amendment to Section. 7.069.1. Section 7.06 SECTION 9.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of clause after CLAUSE (i) thereofh), replacing the period at the end of the CLAUSE (i) with a semicolon, adding the word "and" after CLAUSE (i), and adding a clause (j) thereof with ";"and inserting at the end of such Sectionthereof to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section. 7.067.04. Section 7.06 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (iq) thereof, (b) replacing the period at the end of clause (jr) thereof with ";"; and" and (c) inserting at the end of such Section:

Amendment to Section. 7.067.2. Section 7.06 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause paragraph (ij) thereof, replacing (b) inserting the period at word "and" and the end of clause paragraph (jk) thereof with ";"and inserting at (c) adding the end of such Section:following new paragraph (l) immediately after paragraph (k):

Amendment to Section. 7.065.2(l). Effective as of the Amendment Date, Section 7.06 5.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (ij), (b) thereof, replacing deleting the period at the end of clause (j) thereof with k), and adding ";"and inserting ; and" at the end of such Sectionthereof, and (c) adding a new clause (l) which shall read in its entirety as follows:

Section 7.06 9.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "“and" ” at the end of clause (i) thereofSection 9.9(c), replacing deleting the period at the end of clause (jSection 9.9(d) thereof and replacing it with ";"“; and” and inserting at adding the end of such Section:following new Section 9.9(e):

Amendment to Section. 7.066.05. Section 7.06 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended as follows: (a) by deleting the word text "and" at the end of clause paragraph (f) of Section 6.05 of the Credit Agreement. (b) by adding the following new paragraphs (h) and (i) thereof, replacing following paragraph (g) of Section 6.05 of the period at the end of clause (j) thereof with ";"and inserting at the end of such SectionCredit Agreement:

Section 7.06 11.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" after the semicolon at the end of clause subsection (im); (ii) thereof, replacing inserting the period word "and" after the semicolon at the end of clause subsection (jn); and (iii) thereof with ";"and inserting at the end of such Section:following as a new subsection (o):

Amendment to Section. 7.068.2 of the Credit Agreement. Effective as of the Amendment Date, Section 7.06 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of clause (ic), (b) thereof, replacing the period at the end of clause (jd) thereof with a semi-colon and the word ";and", and inserting at the end of such Section(c) adding a new clause (e) which shall read in its entirety as follows:
