Common use of Amendment to Section 8.2 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 8.2. Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (f) thereof, (ii) adding the word “and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereof:

Amendment to Section 8.2. Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause paragraph (fm) thereof, (iib) adding deleting the word “and.” at the end of clause (g) thereof and substituting “; and” in lieu thereof and (iiic) adding inserting a new paragraph (o) at the following clause (h) after clause (g) thereofend thereof to read as follows:

Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word final “and” at the end of clause (fq) thereoftherein, (ii) adding replacing the word final period in clause (r) therein with “; and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding inserting the following new clause (hs) after clause (g) at the end thereof:

Amendment to Section 8.2. Section 8.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause after paragraph (fa)(xviii) thereof, (ii) adding replacing the period after paragraph (a)(xix) thereof with a semicolon followed by the word “and” at the end of clause (g) thereof and (iii) adding the following clause new paragraph (h) after clause (g) thereof:a)(xx):
