Common use of Amendment to Section 7.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 7.01. Clauses (s) and (x) of Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety to read as follows:

Amendment to Section 7.01. Clauses (s), (t) and (xu) of Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety and clauses (w) and (x) are hereby added to Section 7.01 of the Credit Agreement to read as follows:
