Common use of Amendment to Section 7 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 7. 04. Section 7.04 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (n) thereof, replacing the period at the end of clause (o) thereof with a semicolon and inserting at the end of the Section:

Amendment to Section 7. 0405. Section 7.04 7.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” from the end of clause (l); (ii) replacing the semi-colon at the end of clause (m) with “; and”, and (iii) inserting the following new clause (n) thereof, replacing the period at the end of immediately after clause (o) thereof with a semicolon and inserting at the end of the Section:m):

Amendment to Section 7. 042. Section 7.04 7.2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause Section 7.2(h), (nii) thereof, replacing deleting the period at the end of clause Section 7.2(i) and substituting it for"; and" and (oiii) thereof with a semicolon and inserting at adding the end of the Section:following Section 7.2(j):

Amendment to Section 7. 0402. Section 7.04 7.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting (i) replacing the word “and” at the end of clause (nk) thereof, thereof with “;”; (ii) replacing the period “.” at the end of clause (ol) thereof with a semicolon “; and”; and inserting at (iii) adding the end of the Sectionnew clause (m) thereto:
