Common use of Amendment to Section 6.01 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word "and" immediately preceding clause (ii) and to replace such word with a semi-colon and (b) add the following clause (iii) at the end thereof.

Amendment to Section 6.01. Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete the word "“and" immediately preceding ” at the end of clause (iii) thereof, (b) delete the period at the end of clause (j) and to replace such word with a semi-colon substitute in its place the following “; and”, and (bc) add the following new clause (iiik) at the end thereof.of said Section 6.01:

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to by (ai) delete deleting the word "and" immediately preceding from the end of clause (q), (ii) deleting the period from the end of clause (r) and to replace such word with a semi-colon substituting therefor the phrase "; and" and (biii) add adding the following new clause (iiis) at the end thereof.:

Section 6.01 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to (a) delete by deleting the word "“and" immediately preceding ” at the end of the existing clause (iio), replacing the period at the end of the existing clause (p) with “; and” and to replace such word with a semi-colon and (b) add adding the following clause (iiinew section 6.01(q) at the end thereof.of Section 6.01:
