Common use of Amendment to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6. 02. Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (l) thereof, (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (m) thereof with “; and” and (iii) adding immediately after the end of clause (m) thereof the following new clause (n):

Amendment to Section 6. 02. Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is amended by (i) inserting the word “and” at the end of clause (k) thereof, (ii) deleting the semicolon and the word “and” at the end of clause (l) thereof and inserting a period in lieu thereof, and (iiiii) replacing the period at the end of deleting clause (m) thereof with “; and” and (iii) adding immediately after the end of clause (m) thereof the following new clause (n):in its entirety.

Amendment to Section 6. 0209. Section 6.02 6.09 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " in the twenty-seventh line and substituting in lieu thereof a comma and (b) adding at the end of clause (l) thereof, (ii) replacing thereof and immediately prior to the period at the end of clause (m) thereof with “; and” following: "and (iiiix) adding immediately after the end of clause (m) thereof foregoing shall not apply to any prohibitions, restrictions and conditions contained in the following new clause (n):documentation governing a Permitted Receivables Financing."

Amendment to Section 6. 0205. Section 6.02 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ia) deleting the word “"and” " immediately after the semicolon in paragraph (k) of such Section, (b) deleting the "." at the end of clause paragraph (l) thereof, of such Section and substituting in lieu thereof the text"; and" and (iic) replacing the period at the end of clause adding a new paragraph (m) thereof with “; and” and (iii) adding immediately after the end of clause (m) thereof the following new clause (n):to such Section, to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section 6. 029. (i) Clause (f) of Section 6.02 6.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “and” at the end of clause (l) thereof, such provision and (ii) replacing clause (g) of Section 6.9 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the period at the end of clause (m) thereof with such provision and inserting the following: “; and” and (iiih) adding immediately after the end of clause (m) thereof Restructuring, including the following new clause (n):transactions contemplated by, or incidental to, the Cost Sharing Agreement.”

Amendment to Section 6. 0211. Section 6.02 6.11 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word “"and” " at the end of clause "(l) thereof, ix)" and (ii) replacing the period at the end of clause (m) thereof with “; and” and (iii) adding immediately after the end of clause (m) thereof inserting the following new clause "(n):xi)" after clause "(x)" of such section: and (xi) the foregoing shall not apply to customary restrictions that are necessary to effect any Qualified Securitization Transaction.
