Common use of Amendment to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6. 17. Section 6.17 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

Amendment to Section 6. 17. 13 Section 6.17 6.13 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the followingfollowing new Section 6.13:
