Common use of Amendment to Section 6 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 6. 02. Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (k) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (1) thereof and substituting "; and" therefor and (c) adding the following paragraph at the end thereof:

Amendment to Section 6. 0201 of the Credit Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- Section 6.02 6.01(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting inserting the word "and" at after the end semicolon in the last line of paragraph clause (kvi) thereofof such Section, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (1) thereof and substituting phrase "; and" therefor from the last line of clause (vii) of such Section and inserting in lieu thereof a period and (c) adding deleting paragraph (viii) of such Section. Section 6.01(b) of the following paragraph at Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the end thereof:phrase "6.04(d), 6.04(i) or" after the word "Section" in the third line of such Section.

Amendment to Section 6. 0205. Section 6.02 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "and" immediately after the semicolon in paragraph (k) of such Section, (b) deleting the "." at the end of paragraph (kl) thereof, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (1) thereof such Section and substituting in lieu thereof the text"; and" therefor and (c) adding the following a new paragraph at the end thereof(m) to such Section, to read in its entirety as follows:

Amendment to Section 6. 0205. Section 6.02 6.05 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by as follows: (ai) By deleting the word "and" at following the end of paragraph semicolon in subsection (h); (ii) By inserting new subsections (j) and (k) thereof), (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (1) thereof and substituting "; and" therefor and (c) adding the following paragraph at the end thereofwhich shall read in their entirety as follows:

Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting the word "“and" ” at the end of paragraph (k) thereofSection 6.01(i), (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (1Section 6.02(j) thereof and substituting "replacing it with “; and" therefor ”, and (c) adding the following paragraph at the end thereofnew Section 6.02(k) immediately thereafter:

Section 6.02 6.8 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting the word "“and" at the end of paragraph (k) thereof” from Section 6.8(d), (bii) deleting replacing the period at symbol “.” in Section 6.8(e) with the end of paragraph (1) thereof and substituting "text “; and" therefor ” and (ciii) adding inserting the following paragraph at the end thereof:text immediately following Section 6.8(e):

Amendment to Section 6. 0202 of the Credit Agreement. -------------------------------------------------- Section 6.02 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (a) deleting inserting the word "and" at after the end semicolon in the last line of paragraph clause (ke) thereofof such Section, (b) deleting the period at the end of paragraph (1) thereof and substituting phrase "; and" therefor from the last line of clause (f) of such Section and inserting in lieu thereof a period and (c) adding the following deleting paragraph at the end thereof:(g) of such Section.

Amendment to Section 6. 021. Section 6.02 6.1 of the each Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (ai) deleting adding the word "and" at the end of paragraph (kg) thereof, and (bii) deleting the period at the end of paragraph paragraphs (1h) thereof and (i) and substituting "; and" therefor and (c) adding the following paragraph at the end thereoffollowing:
