Common use of Amendment to Section 4 Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Section 4. Section 4 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended to add the following new Sections 4.8 and 4.9 which shall read as follows:

Amendment to Section 4. Section 4 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended so as to renumber Section 4.17 thereof as Section 4.18 and add the following new Sections 4.8 and 4.9 which shall Section 4.17 to read as follows:
