Amendment to Section 3.06. Section 3.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof:
Amendment to Section 3.06. Section 3.06 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the following immediately after the first occurrence of the phrase “Senior Notes” therein: “(other than the New Senior Notes and the New Convertible Notes)”.
