Common use of Amendment to Rules Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Rules. Any and all matters or questions not specifically covered by the preceding rules and regulations shall be subject solely to the decision of Show Management. These rules and regulations may be amended in writing at any time by Show Management and all amendments so made shall be binding on all Exhibitors equally with the foregoing rules and regulations. This writing contains the entire agreement between the parties and may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement in writing signed by a duly authorized representative of the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification, or discharge is sought. If any term or provision of this agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
