Common use of Amendment to PHI Clause in Contracts

Amendment to PHI. Business Associate agrees to make any amendment(s) to PHI in a Designated Record Set as directed or agreed to by Covered Entity pursuant to 45 C.F.R. section 164.526, or take other measures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. section 164.526. Business Associate shall do so solely by way of coordination with Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity.

Amendment to PHI. To the extent that Business Associate agrees to maintains PHI in a Designated Record Set, Business Associate will make any amendment(s) to PHI in a Designated Record Set as directed or agreed to by the Covered Entity pursuant to 45 C.F.R. section CFR 164.526, or take other measures as necessary to satisfy Covered Entity’s obligations under 45 C.F.R. section CFR 164.526. Business Associate shall do so solely by way of coordination with Covered Entity, and in the time and manner designated by Covered Entity.;
