Common use of Amendment to Note Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Note. By executing this Agreement, the Borrower and the Lender hereby agree and acknowledge that Section 1 of the Note is hereby amended by deleting "September 30, 2002" and inserting in the place of such deletion "October 31, 2002."

Amendment to Note. By executing this Agreement, the Borrower and the Lender hereby agree and acknowledge that Section 1 of the Note is hereby amended by deleting "September 30October 31, 2002" and inserting in the place of such deletion "October 31November 30, 2002."
