Common use of Amendment to Article VII Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Article VII. Article VII is hereby amended by (a) replacing the phrase “The Borrower represents and warrants to the Lenders that:” immediately before Section 7.01 with the phrase “The Borrower (and each Parent Guarantor, in the case of Section 7.27) represents and warrants to the Lenders that:” and (b) adding a new Section 7.27 thereto to read as follows:
