Amendment to Article 23. Article 23 of the Lease is hereby amended to read as follows (additions are double-underlined, and deletions, if any, are stricken through):
Amendment to Article 23. Effective as of the Effective Date, the reference to “PBF Logistics LP” in the second sentence of Article 23 shall be deleted and replaced in its entirety with “Toledo Terminaling Company LLC.”
