Amendment to Article 10. In connection with amendments being made to the Purchase Agreement pursuant to this Amendment, the Parties desire to amend Article 10 of the Purchase Agreement to amend the definition of the term “Note” and to add certain defined terms. As such, Article 10 of the Purchase Agreement is hereby amended by amending Section 10.80 of the Purchase Agreement to read in its entirely as follows:
