Common use of Amendment/Supplement Clause in Contracts

Amendment/Supplement. The Indenture provides for amendments, supplements and waivers with respect to the Indenture as set forth in Article Eleven of the Base Indenture, as supplemented by Section 2.16 of the First Supplemental Indenture.
