Amendment or Waiver; Acceleration by Required Lenders. (a) Except as otherwise expressly set forth herein, including, without limitation, as provided in (x) Section 2.11(g) with respect to the implementation of a Benchmark Replacement Rate or Benchmark Conforming Changes (as set forth therein) and (y) Sections 2.18 and 2.19, neither this Agreement nor any other Loan Document, nor any terms hereof or thereof, may be amended, changed, waived or otherwise modified unless such amendment, change, waiver or other modification is in writing and signed by the Borrower and the Required Lenders or by the Administrative Agent acting at the written direction of the Required Lenders; provided, however, that:
