Amendment or Repeal. The indemnification and advancement of expense provided by this Section 19 shall continue as to a Covered Person who has ceased to be a Director or officer. Any repeal or modification of the foregoing provisions of this Section 19 shall not adversely affect any right or protection hereunder of any Covered Person in respect of any act or omission occurring prior to the time of such repeal or modification.
