Common use of Amendment of the ITP Clause in Contracts

Amendment of the ITP. The ITP may be amended in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, including but not limited to the ESA, NEPA, and FWS' regulations. The Party proposing the amendment shall provide a statement of the reasons for the amendment and an analysis of its environmental effects, including its effects on operations under the HCP and on Covered Species.
