Common use of Amendment of Services Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Services. The City may, from time to time, by written notice to the Consultant, make changes to the Services, and the Consultant shall carry out the Services subject to such changes, within the time limits agreed to by the parties, and may include an increase or decrease of the fees and/or schedule. Such changes to the Services shall be by written amendment to this Agreement, signed by the City and the Consultant, prior to commencement of any such changes to the Services.
