Common use of Amendment of Operating Papers Clause in Contracts

Amendment of Operating Papers. Review and amendment of an operating paper that has been approved as provided in Section 5.03 above shall be done in accordance with the procedure specified in the applicable operating paper, and in the case of credit hour equivalency, in accordance with Addendum X. The amendment of operating papers shall also be subject to the approval of the appropriate Xxxx (for department, school, and unit operating papers) and the Chancellor or Chancellor’s designee (for department, school, unit, and college operating papers). Disputes over amendments shall be processed in accordance with Section 5.05 below, or, in the case of credit hour equivalencies, in accordance with Addendum X. Within thirty (30) days of approval of amendments or revisions, Faculty in the applicable College, Department or School shall receive a complete copy of the operating paper incorporating such amendments/revisions.
