Amendment of Operating Papers. Review and amendment of an operating paper that has been approved as provided in Section 5.03 above shall be done in accordance with the procedure specified in the applicable operating paper, and in the case of initial credit hour equivalency, in accordance with Addendum B. The amendment of operating papers shall also be subject to the approval of the appropriate Xxxx, for department/school and unit operating papers, and the Chancellor ( or designee) for department/school, unit, and college operating papers, utilizing the following guidelines:
