Amendment of Certain Provisions in the 2003 Officer’s Certificate. The 2003 Officer’s Certificate is amended by deleting Section 12, Section 13, Section 14, Section 15, Section 16 and Section 17 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the phrase “[intentionally omitted]”.
