Amendment of Agreement and Certificate of Formation. To effect the admission to the Company of any Member, the Board of Directors shall take all steps necessary or appropriate under the Xxxxxxxx Islands Act to amend the records of the Company to reflect such admission and, if necessary, to prepare as soon as practicable an amendment to this Agreement and, if required by law, the Board of Directors shall prepare and file an amendment to the Certificate of Formation.
