Common use of Amendment Limited Clause in Contracts

Amendment Limited. This Facility Increase Amendment is limited as specified herein and shall not constitute a modification, acceptance or waiver of any other provision of the Credit Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Credit Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to its subject matter and supersede all oral communications and prior writings with respect thereto.
