Common use of Amendment Limited Clause in Contracts

Amendment Limited. This Incremental Joinder Agreement is limited as specified herein and shall not constitute a modification, acceptance or waiver of any other provision of the Loan Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, as amended by this Incremental Joinder Agreement, constitute the entire agreement and understanding of the parties hereto with respect to its subject matter and supersede all oral communications and prior writings with respect thereto.
