Common use of Amendment Fee Clause in Contracts

Amendment Fee. In consideration of the agreements set forth herein, Borrowers shall pay to Lender an amendment fee in the amount of $7,500 (the “Amendment Fee”), which DB2/ 30885469.2 fee is non-refundable when paid and is fully-earned as of the date of this Amendment. The Amendment Fee shall be paid in full on the date of this Amendment.

Amendment Fee. In consideration of the agreements set forth herein, Borrowers shall pay to Lender an amendment fee in the amount of $7,500 10,000 (the “Amendment Fee”), which DB2/ 30885469.2 fee is non-refundable when paid and is fully-earned as of the date of this Amendment. The Amendment Fee shall be paid in full on the date of this Amendment.

Amendment Fee. The Amendment Fee shall be paid in full on the date of this Amendmentsuch date.

The Amendment Fee , and which shall be paid in full on the date charged as a Loan upon execution and delivery of this Amendment.

The Amendment Fee is non-refundable when paid and is fully-fully earned as of the date of this Amendment. The Tenth Amendment Fee Effective Date, and shall be paid in full on payable at the date execution and delivery of this Amendment.

Amendment Fee. Such fee is shall be fully earned and non-refundable when paid and is fully-earned as of the date of this Amendment. The Amendment Fee shall be paid in full on the date of this Amendmenthereof.

The Eleventh Amendment Fee Effective Date, and shall be paid in full on payable at the date execution and delivery of this Amendment.

The Amendment Fee shall be paid in full and due and payable on the date of this Amendment.

The Amendment Fee shall foregoing fee may be paid in full on the date debited from any account of this AmendmentBorrowers maintained with Lender, or charged as a Revolving Loan.
