Common use of Amendment Fee Clause in Contracts

Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Lender as of the date hereof a fully earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of $10,000 in consideration of the Lender’s execution and delivery of this Amendment.

Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Lender Lenders as of the date hereof a fully earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of $10,000 120,000 in consideration of the Lender’s Lenders' execution and delivery of this Amendment.

Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender as of the date hereof a fully earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of $10,000 15,000 in consideration of the Lender’s execution and delivery of this Amendment. The Lender is authorized to make an Advance to pay the Amendment Fee.

Amendment Fee. Amendment Fee. The Borrower Contemporaneously with the execution of this Amendment, Borrowers shall pay the to Lender as of the date hereof a fully earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000 in consideration 10,000.00). The foregoing fee may be debited from any account of the Borrowers maintained with Lender’s execution and delivery of this Amendment, or charged as a Revolving Loan.

Amendment Fee. The Borrower shall pay the Lender as of the date hereof a fully earned, non-refundable fee in the amount of $10,000 2,500.00 in consideration of the Lender’s execution and delivery of this Amendment.
