Common use of Amendment Effectiveness Clause in Contracts

Amendment Effectiveness. The effectiveness of the amendments to the Credit Agreement contemplated hereby shall be subject to the satisfaction (or waiver by the Required Lenders) of the following conditions (the first Business Day on which all conditions are so satisfied or waived, the “Amendment Effective Date”):
