The term “Amendment Approval Order” shall mean an order obtained from the Court approving the Settlement Agreement Amendment and confirmingconfirming the Court’s approval of this Settlement Agreement and exhibits. In the event that the Court enters separate orders certifying the Class and approving this Settlement Agreement, the term “Amendment Approval Order” shall apply to both orders collectively.
