Common use of Amendment and variations Clause in Contracts

Amendment and variations. No modification, amendment or waiver of this Agreement or provision hereof shall be binding upon any Party except by a formal, definitive written agreement expressly referring to the Agreement, which agreement is executed by both Parties.
