Amended Proposal Clause Samples
An Amended Proposal clause defines the process by which changes or modifications to an original proposal can be formally introduced and considered during contract negotiations. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for submitting amendments, such as written notice or mutual agreement, and may specify timelines or approval procedures. Its core function is to provide a structured method for parties to adapt proposals in response to feedback or changing circumstances, ensuring that all modifications are clearly documented and agreed upon to prevent misunderstandings.
