Common use of Amended Operating Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amended Operating Agreement. An Amendment to the Operating Agreement shall have been duly executed by each Member in order to admit Buyer as a Member of the Company and set forth the Points and Sharing Ratio of Buyer as the sole Member and to effect the resignation of the Sellers' and the Other Member's designees to the Company's Management Committee, such Amendment to be in form and substance satisfactory to Parent in its sole discretion.
